Sunflower Agnus Castus

Agnus Castus - Agnus Castus is found in the
mediterranean, where the shrub grows wild.
Historically the berries were regarded as a potentfemale aphrodisiac.
Modern research has shown that it acts on the
pituitary gland to increase the production of female
sex hormones, especially Progesterone. This helps
control ovulation and the menstrual cycle.
Agnus Castus does not contain hormones,
its benefits come from the actions on the pituitary
gland, so the herb can be very helpful for a wide
range of gynaecological problems from :
